CHAPEL OPENING TIMES
The Chapel is normally open to visitors Monday - Friday 8am to 2.30pm. The Chapel is also open on
Saturdays for Occasional Offices and on Sundays for the 11am Sung Eucharist. Exceptions to opening times are public holidays, private bookings, and staff annual leave.
ACCESSIBILITY
Step-free access to the Chapel is via a ramp through the main entrance. Please arrange in advance by contacting the Chapel office.
Audability: The Chapel's soundsystem is suitably fitted with
a loop system for pews directly
beneath the south gallery.

It is very important that each human life at its end is laid to rest with both dignity and prayer.
At the Chapel, funerals are services of thanksgiving and, with readings, hymns and prayers, we commend the soul of the departed to the love and safe-keeping of God. After the service the remains of the deceased are taken either to be buried or cremated.
On the Feast of All Souls, the traditional time of the year when the Church remembers the souls of the departed, we have a Vespers, "The Lighting of the Lamps", and pray for those whom we love but see no longer. The Service is usually in November with details published on our website.
